Our inventory of rental systems include products from the worlds most respected manufacturers. We hold hand-held, head worn and lavalier microphone transmitter systems as well as instrument interface cables for guitars. We hire only to Professional hire/rental and Corporate Production companies.

In-ear monitoring systems can be supplied with generic ear drivers or we can make arrangements for custom moulds or MicroMonitors to be made up. These greatly enhance the operation of the In-ear systems as well as acting as earplugs to protect performers hearing against high stage noise.

All of the systems we hold are subject to a stringent maintenance regime that involves RF optimisation and calibration. We can also supply the necessary antenna, combiners, interface cables and batteries as part of our one-stop rental service.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1.    For the purpose of these conditions. "The Company" shall be deemed to refer to Teleconference Business Systems Limited and "The Customer" to any company, partnership or individual who wishes to enter into any hire/rental agreement with Teleconference Business Systems Limited which under the terms of English Law might be defined as a binding contract.
2.    All equipment hired remains the property of the company.
3.    Hire charges are based on the period of the contract irrespective of whether or not the equipment is in use.
4.    Hire commences upon delivery to the customer and ceases upon return to the Company. Equipment is not regarded to the Company until checked and inspected by an authorised member of the Company's staff and a proper Company receipt issued.
5.    Equipment hired will be entirely at the Customer's risk during the hire period and the customer will be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur howsoever arising. The customer undertakes responsibility for insuring equipment against "all risks" to full replacement value. Any loss or damage to the equipment is to be reimbursed to the Company by the Customer to the full replacement value thereof.
6.    The Customer will be responsible for ensuring that any relevant regulations, rules, or statutory provisions relating to the use of hired equipment are complied with during the period of the hire. The Company in no way assumes liability for the consequences of any non-compliance with any such regulations, rules or statutory provisions.
7.    The equipment will be supplied to the Customer in normal working order, the Company's liability for any defect , or failure of the equipment hired is limited to the rectification of any defect or failure arising from normal use.
